TZ Series
TZ series Models are compact and easy to use ozone machines which are mounted on wall and can produce robust high concentration ozone when oxygen input is given externally. Ozone is generated by high insulation ceramic electrodes which are manufactured inhouse. Technozone is the pioneer in India to manufacture ceramic electrodes to generate ozone. Advanced ceramic/glazed electrode are enclosed in a SS 316 annular chamber in conjunction with Full Bridge IGBT based microprocessor controlled power generation unit. Fully automated housed in a rugged MS powder coated steel enclosure with safety features for trouble free running of the ozone machine. Very high concentration of ozone is achived due to ceramic electrodes and long life expected compared to glass electrodes. TZ series is primarily used in RO water disinfection process for various water flow capacities. And found to be very rugged for a trouble free running of RO water production units.
